You will join us at a pivotal and transformational stage in Scandinavian Photo’s development. With high ambitions, we are planning to grow our business significantly during the upcoming years throughout the Nordics.
We are specialists in tech for creative people and offer a wide range of high-quality products and services for Photo, Video and Sound creation and consumption. Our customers are businesses (B2B) and private customers (B2C) and we are established in the Nordic markets.
Our B2B customers are media production companies, broadcasters, professional photographers, and businesses spanning from small, medium to large corporations/public companies with a need for photo, video, and sound products as well as its peripherals. Our customer base is divided by key account managed B2B and retail B2B as the retail and B2B channels intersect. We currently operate in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland and employ approx. 120 people.
In your role as a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage commercial contacts within assigned customers. You are responsible for biddings to customers based on incoming inquiries, as well as handling new orders and inquiries.
In addition, you are responsible for the relationship with assigned contact persons at customers and to be updated on the customer's requirements. You report sales statistics and deviations to KAM / Sales Director and follow agreements between Scandinavian Photo and our key accounts.
Furthermore, you are expected to follow established plans and strategies for the continued development of business and relationships with customers, as well as work for increased profitability in accordance with set goals. You belong to the B2B Sales department and work close to the purchasing department. Travel in the service may occur.
